Most clients were male problem gamblers, with online gambling the most common activity with 65% of people gambling this way. The majority showed reductions in problem gambling severity scores after treatment, with 61% no longer defined as problem gamblers.

There were increases in female clients and those seeking help for others' gambling over the period examined.
